I read in the papers on ''bit 4 depth'' that Columbus is launching in west moorings , Curepe and valpark next month . They will reach as far as cumuto by july.....
Then i slept and had a dream that the minimum speed was 750 kilobits for less than dialup... it was a good dream..

be careful what you wish for.....

now that I have 1mb+ speed with EVDO, my 250GB hard drive got full within 3 weeks.

I bought the thing just a month ago. Saying....yeah, now hard drive space won't be a problem for the rest of the year!

Already ordered another 250GB and got that this week.

but at the rate of EVDO, it is going to be filled in another month or two.

It's either more hard drives or pay a dvd gnome to sit and burn off stuff every day.

I wonder how Czar manages his data with his 5Mbit connection.

I much rather get all the stuff I have to get and then worry about burning off or buying another hardrive.  Right now most of the stuff I cant get because all the damn seeders have left because it took me so long to finish downloading something.

Quote from flow jamaica's website , the trini website is stil under construction .. Trinidad may get slightly slower speeds due to the fact that  the inter island fibre link columbus owns hasn't been hooked up here yet, but they should still get enough bandwidth to get my prophisied  750k...

Also in my dream  i saw a price of ''3000'' jamaican for one of the packages... thats 300tt... We will see if trinimc is a prophet or not in a month or two ..

That is Jamaica and this is Trinidad. Somehow i dont have much faith in a compnay that can knowingly steal a signal and not do anything about it. Sure they did not actually start it, but they sure didn't do anything to change it either.
